Robert Lubin - Founder of Immigration Law Practice

An experienced attorney, Robert Lubin began his legal career after completing law and taxation studies at the University of Miami. Robert Lubin earned a bachelor of commerce with honors in finance from McGill University before earning a juris doctor and a master of laws in taxation.

In Phoenix, Mr. Lubin practiced business law, contracts, probate, wills, and trusts with Margrave and Company. He later continued his business and retirement plan work with Lancy, Scult and Ryan, and its successor firm, Ryan McHatton and Wooten. Mr. Lubin led retirement plan matters involving 401(k)s, defined benefits, and defined contribution plans. He then worked as a tax attorney with Grossman and Flask in Washington, D.C.

Building on his extensive legal background, he founded Robert Lubin and Associates, P.C., in Washington, D.C. The practice initially handled business law, and then shifted toward business immigration, assisting Canadian businesses entering the United States. As the firm grew and became AiiLaw, its work expanded to include physician immigration, labor immigration, and investor immigration.

Mr. Lubin used National Interest Waivers in cases involving physicians planning to work in medically underserved areas. He also introduced flat-fee billing for immigration matters. Beyond his work in law, he has opened hospitality, entertainment, and residential properties, including the Waymark Hotel, Magnolia Bluffs Casino, and Centennial Plaza.
